Request to Delete Your CoachSmart Data
At CoachSmart, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. If you would like to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to our dedicated support address:

In your email, please include the following information:
Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
Your Name: The full name associated with your CoachSmart account.
Email Address: The email address used to register your CoachSmart account.
Reason for Request (Optional): You can optionally provide a reason for your request. This helps us understand user needs but is not required for your data to be deleted.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will take the following steps:
We will confirm receipt of your request via email within 24-48 hours.
We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and not a fraudulent attempt to delete someone else's data.
Once your identity is verified, we will begin the process of permanently deleting all of your personal data from our active databases.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days to fully process your request and for all data to be purged from our systems, including backups.
