How to join

Create an Account

All users need to create a new account on version 2 of the app. If you are using the same email address as before all of your member details will automatically get migrated forward and you should be ready to go straight away.

In order to create a new account please select the option shown below.......

Once you create your new account a confirmation email will be triggered to validate the email address entered. Please check your inbox for the confirmation mail and click to confirm your new account. This is a one time effort when you create your account for the first time.

Most users will now see all of their existing members and team events as they were in version 1 and should be ready to continue as before.

If you do not see the events as expected or you are using a different email address to version 1 then you will need to join the team again.

The steps for this are below:

Please be sure to fill out your user profile details. These are your own personal detail (not your childs).
Click on the menu in the top right
Click on the profile icon
Fill out your details & click save

NOTE: You will not be able to see your events or respond until your account details have been filled out and saved

Now, we want to join the team(s) that our children are a member of. The steps for this are:

Click into "Teams" on the menu
Select "Join Team"
Now "Join a Team"
Enter the team joining code distributed by your team admin. Its a unique 7 digit alpha numeric code that begins "TM"
"Create a new Member for this Team"
Fill out your CHILDS details here (first name and last name)
Click "Join Team"

If your child is already a member that is linked to a different user (the childs other parent for example) then both parents can link to that member and respond for their child.

Steps are:

On the existing users phone:

Click on the menu
Select the user profile icon
Scroll down to the child/member you want to link to
Click into the childs profile
The sharing code is displayed in large green text

Now on the phone of the parent you are sharing the code with:

Create a new account for the new parent using their own email address and details
Click on the menu
Select "Teams"
"Join Team"
"Link me to an existing member"
Enter the joining code (it begins "MB")
Click "Link Member"

Now both parents will be linked ot the same childs account and both can see and respond for that childs events.

This process needs to be repeated if multiple children are on the app.
